Care&Match takes the potential of the long-term market as the concept of thinking, and makes creative ideas based on current social issues and two trends, the "long-term care problem" and the world trend IoT technology. Among all Care&Match functions, booking a caretaker and home detection system are the two major system architectures. Booking a caretaker is based on basic conditions, the system quantifies the conditions and characteristics of the caretaker. After calculating a score through the Gurobi mathematical model, the user can make choices in the optimized caretaker order to make the user easier to choose. In addition, the most unique bright spot in Care&Match is the fusion of IoT concept. Through the Tensorflow and Raspberry Pi, the lens of our system can detect whether the elderly fall at home, and uses Line Notify to send notifications to the family group. It is convenient for the family to deal with the emergency immediately. Even if the family members are busy at work or not at the side of the elderly, they can still make the right decision during the goldenwindow of first aid of the elderly. Care&Match keeps the concept of “having the back of the elderly” in faith and expects to deliver the core values to the society. The main goal of Care&Match is to arouse all generations consciousness about long-term care.
